Previously, Dom taught writing and communication workshops and courses inside prison and juvenile detention facilities, and completed the 500 Startups incubator program with Batch 14. She currently facilitates Women in Management groups at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and joined the NCLR board of directors in 2019.
