In November 2018, in partnership with Vermont Legal Aid, NCLR led a workshop for legal aid attorneys from around the country on increasing their capacity to serve low-income LGBTQ clients, including how to do culturally competent intakes and creating a welcoming office environment for LGBTQ people.
