Protect LGBTQ Access to Healthcare!

The Trump administration’s Department of Health and Human Services has proposed a rule that would open the door to increased discrimination in health care against LGBTQ people and those who use reproductive health care services.

But they can’t start applying this rule before they hear from the public. We need to let them know that this new rule is unacceptable.

Use the form below to tell the administration that all people deserve access to health care free from discrimination.

If you are an LGBTQ person or a family member of an LGBTQ person who has faced discrimination from a medical provider or insurer, or have a story of being able to get the health care you need because of the Obama administration’s nondiscrimination protections, please share it.

Comments are due on or before August 13, 2019.

Your voice is necessary and powerful.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: Submit a comment telling the Trump administration to withdraw this rule.
