| Help Win Marriage Equality in Four States this Election |

Dear ,
I know you are inundated with many very critical election year requests for support, but please permit me one more.
As you likely know, four states are facing ballot measures on marriage equality. Four states where we could finally win at the ballot on this very important issue for our community. Four states where so many are working around the clock to win marriage or beat back a constitutional ban.
In Washington state, Maine, and Maryland we have the chance to win marriage at the ballot box—for the first time ever—and in Minnesota we have the chance to beat back a constitutional amendment banning same-sex couples from marriage—again, this would be the first time, if we win. These are historic battles and could be utterly game-changing. But as I know first-hand, winning requires getting our stories heard, and that requires money. Right now, opponents of equality are spending their money on misleading and scary ads. We need your help to make sure voters hear from our side too. We will all benefit from wins in any of these efforts. We will all move forward. We will all ride this tide.
Please consider giving to one or all of these important state efforts. In Washington, gifts received by midnight TOMORROW, Friday, October 26, will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $25,000. And in every state, your gift will be put to very good use.
We can win these battles. But not without you.
