Erin Dominguez practices family law at Simborg • Killingsworth in Marin County. Her practice includes the representation of spouses and domestic partners on a range of family law issues, including complex property division, child and spousal support, custody, and negotiating and drafting pre- and post-marital agreements.

Prior to joining Simborg • Killingsworth, Erin practiced family law at Sideman & Bancroft in San Francisco and was previously an associate in the commercial litigation department at Cooley Godward in San Francisco. While in law school, Erin clerked at the National Center for Lesbian Rights and externed for the Honorable Donald Sullivan of the Unified Family Court of San Francisco. Erin received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2007 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003.
