Erin Fitzgerald joined NCLR in 2011 as the administrative assistant in our Washington D.C. office where she works with staff to help the office run smoothly. She is originally from Philadelphia and recently moved to D.C. with her spouse and their dog. Erin is currently pursuing a master’s in public policy and administration from George Washington University, and is interested in LGBT equality and economic equality issues. In a former life, Erin worked as an executive chef, pastry chef, and wedding planner. She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in women’s and gender studies and psychology in 2005.
