Melissa Higuchi oversees NCLR's sustainer and membership programs, and assists in data and record management. Prior to joining NCLR, Melissa lived in Washington, D.C. and worked for five years in development at the National Low Income Housing Coalition.

Melissa received her B.A. in art history from Johns Hopkins University in 1995.
