See the Africa you always dreamed of! Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Tanzania in the shadow of the great mountain itself. You will then explore the village of Mbahe, enjoying the local coffees and hiking to the falls along the river. Tarangire National Park is next, where the lodge sits on a bluff overlooking the Tarangire River, a popular watering hole for elephant, buffalo, and other grazing herds. Lake Manyara National Park will be another park on the itinerary.

Each day your guides, trained experts in East African wildlife and ecology, will explore with you the vast Serengeti Plain in search of the best game-viewing opportunities, dependent on the seasonal and daily migration patterns. You may take pre-dawn or late afternoon game drives the times of the day at which the animals are most active with a rest at camp for lunch. Or, take a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch to explore a greater range of the Serengeti.
