Adetunji Olude is a Senior Attorney at Springer Ayeni, APLC specializing in ERISA benefits appeals, claims, and litigation. Before joining Springer Ayeni, Adetunji was an in-house attorney for the Judicial Council of California, the administrative arm of the state courts. Prior to that, Adetunji represented employees in employment discrimination and whistleblower retaliation cases and wage and hour class actions. Adetunji also litigated cases challenging economic abuses in the realm of housing and consumer finance at the Housing and Economic Rights Advocates.

Adetunji joined the NCLR Board in 2018. Adetunji also serves on the California Fair Employment and Housing Council, which promulgates regulations that implement California’s civil rights laws. She has been named, among other accolades, one of the San Francisco Magazine’s “Top Women Attorneys in Northern California.” Adetunji earned bachelor’s degrees in Social Welfare and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center where she was designated a Public Interest Law Scholar.
