(San Francisco, CA, Aug. 17, 2015)—The National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) mourns the loss of civil rights leader Julian Bond, longtime chairman of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and a stalwart supporter of LGBTQ equality. Bond passed away over the weekend. He was 75.
