Appointed in 2023 as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Lisa Oman is a key member of the NCLR Senior Management Team and co-director of the Department of Business Administration. She drives forward financial planning, accounting, risk management, and IT operations to ensure sustainable growth. By collaborating closely with the board and critical committees overseeing finance, investment, and audits, Lisa delivers impactful leadership and strategic oversight.

With over 15 years of finance and accounting experience at nationally recognized organizations—including serving as Finance Director at UCSC, Treasury Manager at Trust for Public Land, and Director of Finance and Administration at CSU Sacramento—Lisa is recognized for her seasoned approach to nonprofit organizational development and financial management. Her leadership spans diverse sectors, including arts and culture, civil rights, education, and environmental advocacy.

Previously, as Executive Director of the San Francisco Contemporary Music Players, Lisa led the organization through six years of financial growth and enhanced its national reputation for artistic and operational excellence.

Lisa holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, with an emphasis on business analytics and technology, and a BA in History from Gonzaga University.
