May 15, 2018 marks the Tenth Anniversary of the California Supreme Court’s historic ruling in In re Marriage Cases, 43 Cal.4th 757 (2008), recognizing the freedom to marry for same-sex couples and strict judicial scrutiny for laws that discriminate based on sexual orientation.  Please join us for a conversation about the far-reaching impacts of this historic decision.
